Dear leaders and colleagues:

　　good morning everyone!

　　My name is Li Wei, from the Ministry of Production Technology. I am honored to be able to study with you under the solemn flag. The theme of my speech is: Learning and Growth.

　　I have been learning for more than a month, and I have reviewed the 41-day learning journey, which is rich and colorful, and has fun and happiness. Thanks to the founding of the 108-day Lean Training Camp, thanks to Mr. Wu and Tang Gong who arranged for me to participate in the study and left the school for 18 years. I am very honored to have the opportunity to let go of my work and study again.   

　　After more than a month of study, we got up at 3:30, from the initial incompatibility, to the punctuality of the present, and once again broke through the heart and physical obstacles. We experience the early rise of the student era and experience the hard work of the kitchen. There were joys, disputes, worries, and a little sense of accomplishment. But more is the harvest of the heart.

　　I feel that the power of the heart is moving up quickly, so I have a new understanding of happiness, a new yearning for life, a personal experience of filial piety, a different plan for the family, and a different attitude towards the work. The most important thing is to have a closer understanding of yourself.

　　On March 20th, Mr. Ye started our symposium with coffee and snacks. The deepest impression was that any job in any position was never to help others. However, in the current society where everything is said to be of interest, ask yourself the initial burden of doing more and more to bear more growth, how many points are there now? People can have no education, but they can't have the ability to learn.

　　I am ignorant of me. Because I learned, I learned to look at people's strengths. Therefore, I know how to respect everyone in different positions and realize how to treat things. I deeply understand how to be yourself first. I will feel every day with my heart.

　　However, my own line, too little and too little, my heart, too small and too small. The teacher once said that if you can't lengthen the height of life, you must extend the width of life indefinitely. Perhaps the breadth of life comes from the capacity of the heart.

　　Everything is honoured, thanks to every journey, we will meet ourselves better! !
